Help, how do I get an escrow today??
I won't go into specifics, but times have been tough the last few months:)
I prospect leads 3 to 5 hours a day and I haven't been coming up with any thing worth while.
I am showing a few crappy buyers, and have a few over priced listings...
So, for obvious reasons, I need to get into escrow today. Like, I need a big one, or a handful over the next 2 weeks.
I know it's a broad questions, but I don't want to write a book here... What's the quickest way to get an escrow right now? I mean RIGHT NOW?!?!?!?!
