Richard Welch Joins Hill & Co. Real Estate

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Hill & Co. Real Estate, San Francisco’s premier residential real estate brokerage, has announced that real estate agent Richard Welch has joined the company. Richard is a San Francisco native, with a keen understanding of property and investment values.
Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Richard spent twelve years in the securities business as an Institutional Equity salesman. Real estate, however, always remained a core passion. As a REALTOR®, he is adept at navigating clients through simple and complex real estate transactions. This includes a complete understanding and first hand knowledge of San Francisco’s condo conversion process from TIC’s to individual condominium units.
