ST LOUIS, MO – Dielmann Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to introduce new associations with Richard Hefler, Brian Sulka, Anne Ray, David Spellman, Meghan Putnam, Shelley Roach and Beth Schultz.
Richard Hefler, a licensed Missouri Broker for ten years, joins Dielmann Sotheby's as a Broker/Salesperson after an accomplished career helping commercial clients, investors, and companies achieve their real estate goals. With an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and a Master's in Business Administration from Loyola-Marymount University, Hefler brings discipline and analytical skills to every transaction.
Brian Sluka was preparing for medical school two decades ago when fate struck in the form of a friend suggesting they start flipping houses together which opened his eyes to his true passion, Real Estate. Today after two decades in the industry Sluka understands what it takes to succeed. Valuing honesty, passion and humility in his field, Sluka has learned that being inauthentic, either in life or in business, can truly harm your success.
Anne Ray brings over 30 years of sales experience in various roles and capacities and four years’ experience in the Real Estate field. Her excellent customer service, keen negotiation skills along with her eye for detail make Anne a perfect fit to the Dielmann Sotheby’s family.
David Spellman is a native of St. Louis and has an understanding of the central corridor. He is a hardworking individual that always goes the extra mile to make sure he provides the highest level of customer service to his clients.
Shelley Roach has a 20+ year career in event planning in St. Louis. In those years her clients have described her as responsive, effective, detailed, empathetic and enthusiastic. Her customer service skills and love of St. Louis along with her high energy, vision, good taste and the most current real estate technology will enable her to match any seller with their perfect buyer or any buyer with their dream home.
Meghan Putnam joins Dielmann Sotheby’s after years of studying the St. Louis real estate market for her own architectural and residential redevelopment projects. Putnam takes a service oriented approach with her clients and understands that buying and selling a home can be an emotional process. To make her clients feel comfortable, she spends time educating them on everything from market conditions to staging.
Beth Schultz brings a dovetailed approach blending her personal touch, enthusiastic love of her job, and non-stop energy with creating a true client partnership. Beth specializes in all areas of St. Louis City and St. Louis County as she lives in the Central Corridor allowing her firsthand knowledge of current market trends, schools, neighborhoods, and everything fantastic St. Louis has to offer.
